Somali Challenge Cup 2010

Somali Challenge Cup 2010, started in london (hayes), this cup is held every year in Hayes for grassroot football teams UK. The aim of doing this tournament is to increase young people sports skills and to find their potential skills in sports. london stars won 2010 challenge cup

• London Stars Fc:The Champions London Stars are one the longest serving club and also in the Challenge Cup. This is their fifth year in the Challenge Cup and has already won it twice. Captain Mohamed Hussein (Sharp) believes they have strengthened their squad in order to try and re gain the cup but also believes this will be the toughest year to win the Challenge Cup.



• Alhijra Fc:is also serving their fifth year in the Challenge Cup and are one of the strong contenders this year. Alhijra are one of the best disciplined team all thanks to their manager Rabic who says that the Challenge Cup is well organised and would like to thank all the management and the teams taking part for making it possible to have the tournament. Alhijra are also one of the longest serving clubs and also play in a league.



• Osca Fc:is based in East London and this is their third year in the challenge cup. Osca also play in the East London Sunday League, they are managed by Shire and Saeed who do a wonderful job by running this club and they have big ambitious for the future. Osca has a stronger squad this year and by missing out in the semi’s last year they are looking to go all the way this year.



• Iqra Fc (Leicester):is also a new team to the tournament with high expectation. They are one of the furthest teams in the competition and are well organised. They are managed by Mohamed Hassan who believes the challenge cup has good teams participating and winning it will be a good achievement
  



• Junior Allstars Fc: is based in West London and this is their fourth year in the competition. Only missing out in the final last year Junior All Stars have strengthen their squad this year including management with Omar coming in along side Adam in order to push all the way in winning the Challenge Cup. Junior All Stars also play in the Middlesex Countyfootball league Division 2 along side Hilltop and have young talented playe rs to watch out for in the future.



• MK Dynamos Fc: has a mixture of youths and experience players, this is their second year in the Challenge Cup, they have a stronger team this year and are looking to go all the way in winning the challenge cup, they are managed by Mote Bootan and are also one of the best disciplined team in the tournament. 



• Wembley United Fc:is also another new team but with a high repetition they will certainly be one of the strongest team in the competition. Wembley are one of the longest serving clubs and to have them in this years competition is great for the Challenge Cup.



• United stars Fc: is one of the new teams in this year’s challenge cup tournament but with a familiar face as their manager, United Stars were crown Uk Street champions in 2007 and Manager Duale has got a young squad and is ready to compete with the top teams in the challenge Cup as seen they are in the group of d eath but Duale feels his young squad can go all the way and will certainly give it all they can.
  

• B'ham United Fc: This is Birmingham second year in the competition and by crashing out in the semis last year in one of the best games seen in the Challenge Cup just losing out to London Stars. Birmingham are the other longest travelling team but say its worth the travel and with different personal new Manager Abdi Ismail is looking to take his team all the way in this years Challenge Cup.
  



• Hilltop F.c: Hilltop is another new team to the tournament with exciting players. They too also play in the Middlesex County Football League Division 2 along side Junior All Stars. Hilltop are managed by Abdulahi who aims very high and speaks what he believes, his young, enthusiastic and also believes his team will compete with any team in the Challenge cup.
